ThermaTru Door & Jamb Liquidation (Lot Sale)

 We’re marketing a systems-based liquidation of Therma-Tru doors and related components sourced from one or more door-hanging operations. This is ideal inventory for door shops, builders, and installers with the ability to machine/prep doors and jambs. 

This lot includes a large quantity of door-shop material such as:

• Door slabs
   
• Jambs (unmachined)
   
• Sills & thresholds
   
• Weatherstripping
   
• Glass inserts & sidelites (match required)
   
• Cladding
   
• Residual hardware
   
• Plus ~200 additional slabs included with the lot
   

Some items include legacy or builder-grade styles (including Linden doors), commonly used by builders (often as temporary doors during construction) and also suitable as permanent doors depending on application.

This is not retail-ready, SKU-clean distributor stock. It’s door-shop inventory.

• Approximately 225 jambs are machined (hinge and strike mortises already cut)
   
• Over 3,000 pieces are unmachined (blank slabs/jambs with no hinge/lock/strike prep)
   

Unmachined = blank. These pieces require machining/prep by the buyer (hinges, lockset, strike, etc.). Many door shops prefer unmachined inventory because it offers flexibility during production.
